The Art of Insanity

Feelings of excitement, my heart starts racing…tonight was the night. I started Criminal Law class. Anticipation of months to take this class, aside of all legal terms, I already feel the indulge on dissecting criminal cases.

So there are two elements to a crime, the criminal act itself and the intention behind the act.  The actus reus and the mens reas.   But most importantly you need concurrence between the both the act and the intention with out each other you have nothing.  Comprendes?

So then I thought, if we can take the words criminal and replace it with sexual act.

So what I am saying, if you commit a sex act with someone you should not & you intent to do this act with passion and plan to enjoy it…you are guilty without a reasonable doubt.  But an act without intention…are you good? Absolutely, the mind is so powerful. In your defense, what do you plead?  In criminal cases the most popular would be insanity…in real life…the same thing.
